Client: Subsidiary of Fortune 500 company (employer)

Project: Establish integrated subsidiary branding

Scope: Project required intensive collaboration and coordination across organization and included the following key elements:

  • Conduct a series of leadership meetings and employee workshops to define subsidiary’s unique selling proposition and brand elements.
  • Document brand.
  • Enable and energize organizational alignment to deliver brand.
  • Integrate organizational brand into emerging division and established corporate brand.
  • Develop messaging for leadership and influencers.

Outcome: Established and documented brand that articulated unique selling proposition, defined internal values and behaviors required for brand delivery and enabled consistent marketing communications that fully integrated into division and corporate brand.
