Employee’s Choice Award Campaign

Client: Global Fortune 500 company (employer)

Project: Inspire employees to leave honest reviews on Glassdoor.com over a determined period of time

Scope: Create and implement communications strategy to increase company reviews on Glassdoor to place in top 50 of Employee’s Choice Award to raise profile of company for recruiting. Key elements of campaign included the following:

  • Create strategy and plan.
  • While always asking for positive reviews, influence number of positive reviews through effective message targeting and scheduling.
  • Prepare such work products as internal news articles, company digital billboard ads, leader talking points and flyers.

Outcome: Company received Glassdoor Employee’s Choice Award, placed #4, #30 and #11 on Best Places to Work list over consecutive years and increased exposure to potential employees by millions.
