Post-acquisition Culture Survey

Client: Fortune 500 Company (employer)

Project: Ensure highest possible culture survey participation as part of integration work following an acquisition

Scope: Project required close collaboration with program lead and with team members across global locations. Key elements of the project included the following:

  • Create and implement multi-channel cultural survey communications strategy.
  • Create such work products as communications plan, executive talking points, video scripts, memoranda and presentation materials.
  • Translate and develop language-specific content for more than 10 languages.

Outcome: Very high survey participation created confidence in survey results and enabled leaders to understand which cultural shifts needed to be made and at which locations around the globe.  Opportunity to provide input raised morale across organization. Received Employee Recognition Award.
